1. How It Works

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to decide if GlycoShield is right for you.

  • If you’re not completely satisfied—whether you’ve used one drop or the full supply—just contact us for a refund.

  • Please note: We can’t process refunds while your order is still in transit. Once your package arrives, that’s when the 30-day window begins.

2. What You’ll Need

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

  • A brief note about your experience (helps us improve!).

  • No need to return the bottle—even if it’s empty.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Wait until your GlycoShield order is delivered, then email us at support@astridorganics.com within 30 days.

  2. Include your name, order number, and a quick comment on why GlycoShield didn’t meet your needs.

  3. We’ll process your refund—no questions asked—and credit your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer—and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

5. Exceptions

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

  • For EU customers, you have an additional 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel for any reason—just follow the steps in section 3.
